Terms and Conditions
- My expertise is makeup artistry only. The prices stated do not include any hair-styling services. I offer basic hairstyling, you can view this here. However, should you require artist recommendations for more elaborate up dos I am more than happy to discuss vendors with you.
- When required, a 50% deposit must be paid 48hrs after the appointment is confirmed via email to secure your booking. If a deposit is not paid, your booking will not be secured.
- The remaining balance should be paid no later than 48hrs after receiving your issued invoice via bank transfer. If you anticipate any parking and transport costs please state that in your booking.
- All deposits on cancelled bookings are non-refundable.
- In the unlikely case of withdrawing from a booking, the deposit will be refunded to you in full and I will assist in a suitable replacement artist to cover your event.
- Bookings are accepted at a maximum of 1 year in advance. Book here.
- Standard service hours are between 8am - 5pm, clients that require an early start before 8am will incur a fee of $40
CLIENT PREPARATION
-Please arrive with a fresh and moisturized face (no makeup besides lash extensions). If heavy makeup removal is required a $30 fee will be charged.
-If you have any existing allergies/skin conditions please notify upon booking.
-If you have any arising symptoms leading up to your event please notify at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. The artist holds the right to cancel for hygiene reasons.
-There is a $40 late fee if the client arrives at the agreed booking time 30 minutes - hour late. Arrival 1+ hours after the agreed booking time may result in a cancellation with no deposit refunded.
- Standard service hours are between 8am - 5pm. Client start times that is earlier than 8am will incur a $40 early fee.
